Render times has increased enormously?

Hi forum.

For some reason my render times (and playback in AE) has had an enormous performance drop from yestersay til today? I have tried the good-old restart but result is the same.
Has anybody else encountered this? 
Yesterday my comp took 15 mins to render in AME, today i had cancel the render atempt after an hour reaching maybe 10-20% to do other work tasks..

My machine setup is WIN11, RTX3080, and ryzen9, if that has anything to do with it?
