Rendering fails due to full disk, disk is half empty

Media Encoder refuses to render this premier pro project. The first attempt was interrupted by the following

I tried with h.264, h.265 and quicktime, all failed. i poked around online and fix this by switching to software encoding, which led me to the current error, which has popped up regardless of the export settings, software/hardware encoding, or drive that i'm exporting to.

However, my disks are not full. I've tried exporting to E:\, C:\, and D:\, All of which have more than sufficient storage space. I've been trying to render this project nonstop for the past 3 days, and am now at a loss on what could be the problem
