Rendering in MPEG4

When I complete a project and proceed to Export, it allows me to choose MPEG4 format but renders the video with a 3GP extension. The devices I work with do not read the 3GP extension. It has to be MPEG4. I looked to see if I could change the setting but found nothing. Attached is an image on the Export screen. I have no idea how to change this and need assistance!

I think what you want is MP4, not mpeg4. Two very, very different things.

Try the H.264 format, it will give you a file with the mp4 extension.
