Rendering in opposite Colors

Hello!

I am having an issue with one of my videos not rendering correctly. For instance in Preimer Pro it looks fine:

Then when it starts to render and completes:

I am not sure what is going on. The original recorded video is just fine from what I can tell. 

Same scene from the unedited video. 
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have no clue how to fix this. Further more the clips I add for the opening and closing render just fine, so its narrowed down to just the edited video part...

I hope I am making sense. Anyways thanks for the help in advance.

    Which software or hardware did create the video? Which format do you use? Are you on Mac or Win? Would you be able to share an example for us to verify? I can private message you with the instructions in this forum.

    Not sure how to provide a sample due to size but I'm all game.
