rendering Paused at 75% in AME [Windows]

Everytime I render in Encoder with this project it freezes at the 75% mark. I have been on chat w support who claimed to fix the issue and the same thing happened. I am using a SUPPOSED top of the line graphics card (Alienware m17 r2 computer w NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Max Q Graphic card ) and it is still stopping at the same point. Help anyone ?!?!?
