resolution 3840 x 2176 display resolution 3840 x 2160 in H. 265 file

Having a terrible time getting the right output from AME. I need to send a client 3840 x 2160 for a BrightSign player and every time I pick that resolution, which matches the input sent to AME (from AE or PP), I get a file that says resolution 3840 x 2176 display resolution 3840 x 2160 when I view it in FLC and the client says it will not play on his player.

This is a major urgent scenario and any help would be appreciated. Happening with uncompressed  input file right from drive, Dynamic Link from AE to PP or directly in PP.

    Has no one seen this? Happens on two different computers (both Macs). When I try to view the file in VLC the "resolution" does not match the "display resolution."
