Ripping a Blu Ray

Hi, Everyone

I have a blu ray from which I need to extact a clip, and I cannot seem to successfully rip the disc. Its files are M2Ts, and when I try to import it into PP, there is no sound track. Trying to convert the disc using Media Encoder fails. Ideas?
