Save/Export Media Encoder Custom Workspace to external file

I would like to Save/Export my Media Encoder custom workspace to an external file so that in the case of a catastrophic crash, I can restore/import the custom workspace and be back up and running faster.

Is this possible?

You can manually (or using a script) backup this folder: Users > name > Documents > Adobe > Adobe Media Encoder > 24.0 > SavedWorkspaces. Hope this helps.
