Save in and out points in a preset?

Hi, I am wondering if there's a way to save a fixed in and out points in a custom Preset.

My particular problem arises with Adobe Animate, which exports all movies containing frame effects with a "broken" first frame (odd colours). I'd like to encode the videos with a preset capable of automatically starting at frame 2.

Media Encoder doesn't seem to be able to do that, but just in case, I'm asking... thanks!
