Sections of video become black and pixelated during export in Media Encoder

Hi all,
I’m encountering an issue when exporting a video via Media Encoder, where certain sections of the exported video appear as a black, pixelated outline of the image.
Please see the attached screenshots (Export Issue 01 and Export Issue 02) for reference. The issue is also visible during the render process in Media Encoder itself (screenshot attached).
I’ve completed three exports so far. Each export reproduced the issue, although the affected sections were not exactly the same each time.
I've only seen this problem occur during export in Media Encoder. The clips play correctly in the Premiere timeline and also appear fine when viewed in DaVinci Resolve and REDCINE-X.
