set default presets

Hi 
i would love to set a default export setting from AE/PR (right now i have to change the same setting before i export which i hope is an unessesary step).

And also do anyone know if you can set the default of a format?

So when i export a h.264 it would be set to [preset 1] instead of "Match source - High bitrate",

when i export a mov it qould be [preset 2] instead of "PAL DV" 

I havent been able to find it anywhere and are slowly going mad 🙂
