Settings for an Instagram 10 sec ad?

Hey!

Can someone provide me with the correct settings for exporting a 10 sec video ad in AME?

I'm going straight from After Effects and having mostly live footage with text on it.

I have seen the video ads live on Instagram where they were quite pixelated (as if IG further compresses themselves or bumps down the quality to secure a more smooth stream). So far I have rendered with the following settings:

[✔︎] Render at Maximum Depth 

VBR, 2 pass.

Target bitrate: 10 Mbps

Maximum bitrate: 20 Mbps

[✔︎] Use Maximum Render Quality

Any thoughts are appreciated!
