Size export alternatives

Question

Hi! Do you know any way I can create an encoding presets that doesn't rely on the exact frame ratio I put in, but instead it does, for example, half or quarter the source file?

It would be extremely helpful for coverting massive amount of clips that have different aspect ratios in their proxy version.

Seems like the only options are exact source resolution or exact specified pixels.
