Skipping existed files

hi,

  I am rendering video in image sequence files, and I know AfterEffects has a function to skip existed files.  This comes very usefully when I need to delete some sequence and re-render that potion.

  Now, I am wondering if Media Encoder has the same function...

  I am rendering images in .tga now.  I wish MediaEncoder has .PSD...
