split a long movie into 3 parts

I am on premiere pro cc and AME cc.

I have a video 90 minutes long I want to cut into 3 parts for uploading to youtube. I've read AME has a 'range' for doing this, however, i cannot find this anywhere. Is this possible to do this automatically or do i need to export 3 different sections from premiere?
