SRT through Media Encoder

Hi everyone, 

Just spotted when I'm using premiere pro to export a video by h.264 with SRT through Media Encoder the SRT black box background alway changes and is a lighter black. When I export directly from premiere, not using Media Encoder it's fine. 

Does anyone know why Media Encoder causes the subtitle box to change?
