Stop showing the "billing error" screen on launch of every software, it's is causing serious bugs

So, Media Encoder is basically useless because it won't render unitl you close all "billing error" windows, problem is, some of these windows won't even appear on screen, so the software simply get useless no matter what.

On top of that, after effects isn't updating the media encoder queue, and all of this is without doubt being caused by this annoying useless warning bill that completely freezes media encoder until you close it, even when it doesn't even show up, this is not gonna make me solve the payment bill faster, it doesn't help me remember anything, it's just terrible service

It's SO disturbing I'm almost giving up my Adobe CC plan just because of this issue alone, It's a very low-class harassment attempt at forcing you to keep the auto-bill on in the hopes that you forget to switch it off before renewal...
Shame on Adobe

I shouldn't be harassed like this until MAYBE the last couple weeks of my membership or who knows I should have the option to simply turn off this warning and if I don't solve the payment problem you guys cut access without these glitchy warnings
