Stops encoding Prproj when reaching an AE comp

Question

I have 104 Premiere pro sequences of 10 minutes, that I need to be able to encode through media encoder.

I queue one in Media Encoder and start encoding. After 28-40 sec it stops and gives me the error message below.

What I know:

Media Encoder stops at the exact moment it reaches a Quicktime.mov file.

I can render the file if I remove all AE Compositions.

I can export through Premiere Pro, but I need to be able to do it through Media Encoder, because of the amount of files.

What I have tried:

Restarting the machine

Imported PremiereProject into new project, render from there

I have uninstalled everything and reinstalled PremierePro, AME and After Effects to the latest versions
