Stuck on Connecting to Dynamic Link

Once I want to export my After Effects composition to Media Encoder, it opens up media encoder, however, it doesn't add it to the queue yet. I have to manually drag it in there. Once i start the queue, it is stuck on "Connection to Dynamic Links server". Any fixes?
Edit: Using AE 17.0.5 and AME 14.0.4
