Sync problems with Media Encoder

Hi, everyone

After many successful conversions from various formats (usually to MP4-HDs), the past 2 days have seen the app generating files that are out of sync between video and audio. Any ideas as to why this is happening? Is there a way to clear the prefs, and would that work? Thanks for your help!
