Tape name

Is there a way to create a workflow where the tape name of the file take automatically his filename ?

I can choose that in davinci resolve but I don't see how it could be in media encoder.

For the moment I can only do this file by file when I copy the file name into the tape name from my metadata and it's exhausting...
