The creation of the proxy stops while working with the sequence.

When I create a proxy for files from the sequence in which I continue to work, the encoding process stops. I do not find any other way out, except to keep two versions of the Adobe CC programs to get around this problem. I also bypass the restriction of the encoder to encode one task at one time. Any ideas.
