The Media Encoder stops progressing and does not move when making proxy files

Hello friends, I am facing a problem in making proxy files, as the progress moves up to 40% or 60%, and then the progress stops without moving, knowing that I can move in the program and there is no other defect other than that the progress does not move at all

Hi there,

 

We're sorry to hear about this. Have you tried switching to Software Encoding & checked if it's rendering properly? Also, is this happening with any specific media or all of them?

Thank you for your interest and assistance
I tried all the methods and none of them succeeded in completing the creation of the proxy file
I tried this on 26 video files but it failed with everyone
I upgraded all drivers and deleted the program and re-installed it and it didn't work either
It shows me several errors when the program stops moving, most notably "Error retrieving frame 25407 at time"

and " Could not read from the source. Please check if it has moved or been deleted. "
Note that this happens shortly after the start of work without doing anything
It just stops progressing
I will attach the error file
Sometimes it says that the user stopped the progress but I do it after a long time without moving
