the Media Encoder take 21 hour to estimate and not even start rendering a 5 seconds composition from After Effect.

 It does have a lot of effect layers but i have done one with 16 sec on a similar file and it render just fine even if it did take 19 hour to complete the rendering. i reduce the unused asset, check the preferences, made a new copy with just a 2 sec comp and even try rendering by after effect itself but that doesn't work either.  I need to know what can i do about this.
