This effect requires gpu acceleration...Adobe Media Encoder ?

Question

Hi,I'm stuck with this problem : I work on a 8K VR project onAfter Effects using BorisFx VR plugin...Everything's find on After Effects but when attempt to export my film through AME, a got the previsualization with the message "This effects requires gpu  acceleration"...I've already  choose "GPU Mercury Playback Engine acceleration (CUDA)" in AME preferences...Could you help me please ?

Hi there,

Ideally, this error/notification appears when the graphics card is not being used for processing the GPU accelerated effect. I appreciate that you already took care of that. However, we need to check if the graphics card driver is update to the latest version or not.

Which GPU are you using?
Also, could you share your system details(OS version, RAM, CPU, etc)?
