Trouble updating latest Media Encoder update

Hi. I keep trying to update Media Encoder but it keeps giving me an error 113 message.  Says something about not being able to reach the Adobe servers.  I can update everything else but not media encoder so it's not my internet connection.  Has anyone else experienced this problem?  If yes, can anyone advise on how to fix this issue.  I've already uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing.
