twitter preset is horrid

i had to re render a video to fit twitter for a quick post and the result is a post with what looked like a 720p video with 0.3 Mbps Biterate where infact it should have 2.1Mbps (( to be clear the video DID come out with 2.1Mbps but looked like it has 0.3 and the video was rendered from a 1080p file ))

hello, i did endup rendering with a manual settings and it worked . im just trying to let the devs know that there is something worng with their software . wish i could post an image its just not letting me ...
