Unable to import my FLA files on Me

I just made my first animation and the next thing I want to share my video on Twitter it just does this:

  And Media Encoder is the new one so how do I fix this? Anyone actually reading this, HELP!

.fla is your Animate project file, not a video. Inside Animate, go to File > Export > Export Video. You should be able to pick your settings and queue the job to Media Encoder from there.
