Unable to save a custom encoding preset

Hello Community.

As we all love to make our own custom preset's. I am somewhat disappointed that ever since I upgraded to Cattelina 10:15:7. I have been unable to save and re-import custom preset's for AME.

I can see that the files have been saved to the correct folder. But for the life of me I am unable to bring them. And if I try and import them it will show in the preset panel on the left, but try dragging it onto the selected file to be transcoded and I get this message. 

"Incompatible Video Codec found in the preset. Preset load failed"

I hope someone has an answer.

MBP 15" 2.3GH 8 Core 32GB Ram.
