Update to fix Media Encoder problems.

I have received a few updates to fix Media Encoder problems. All those update claims to fixed minor problems. Great! Now that those minor problems are fixed Adobe Team will have time to fix major problems like the randomness of their application. For my part I have to downgrade from the new version to be able to export film from animate or After Effects.
