Updated Media Encoder today, now when I export from After Effects nothing shows up in Queue

Title. Need a fix, system worked fine before update. Parallel Encoding is on, tried gpu and software rendering. Tried the + option and got an infinite load.

I'm having the same issue: compositions do not appear in the queue, even though the ME is launched.
