Upgrade Media Encoder?

A week ago, I discussed about how I transfered everything from my old computer to my new one and how when I put the same export setting on my old one to the new one it kept failing. The export settings I put on Adobe Animate and Media Encoder are the exact same. For example, (Format:H.264, Present: Default AME). In Media Encoder, I change the present to High Quality 720p HD. When rendering, it kept failing and I tried earlier to get help, but the last guy told be to use hardware encoding. Did that, but I had to use another way to get that on my screen because keyboard shortcuts don't work on my computer. At this point, should I just get the latest version or is there another solution?

Apps used:

Adobe Media Encoder 2022

Adobe Animate 2022
