vertical picture lines for output file

I am trying to encode a VOB file which is usually very simple but this time I am getting vertical picture lines in the output window. Doesn't seem to matter what codec I use it keeps spitting out a vertical line picture. Source says it's 10240x480(0.0625)

    Hi japan uk,

    Sorry for the issue with export. Please playback the video in a Video player & check if there are vertical lines.

    Have you tried to change the Renderer in Queue panel in Media Encoder?

    Just for a test change it to Mercury Playback Engine Software only mode & test.

    Please provide us more information related to System Configuration & Media Encoder version number.
