Weird Error Code?

I wanted to ask what this Error Code could mean:

I can't find any Solution on the Internet and I am very confused

Can someone help me?

I also packed the entire Error code in as .txt (original from Media Encoder)

I am sorry for the file language, I am German and I had to transate the file with a translator (deepl) I hope you guys can understand this...
