What encoding processes are used for videos on the Portfolio website?

Years ago I made a full length film. I stupidly filmed the entire thing in 24f with a low shutter speed. It created some pretty bad motion blur. I recently uploaded the trailer to the Portfolio site and noticed it 100% removed all the motion blur. It looks perfect. Does anyone know what encoding processes the website uses so I can find a way to apply it to the whole film?
