What if I can not convert mov?

All other files are fine, but when you insert mov,

the basic video setting size will change and the video will also be black solid.

How can I solve this?

    Hi Hi hansolp92174611,

    Something is amiss with this specific clip. In Source Preview it indicates you have no video in that clip. Does it appear in other media players? Which version of AME is this?

    Sorry for the inconvenience. What is the video & audio codec in the MOV file?

    Is this happening with all MOV files?

    What is the GPU model number? Have you updated the GPU drivers?
