it is a absurd! I'm paying this every month for this??

adobe do something!!
some one can help me?

I received an e-mail from Adobe solving the problem, not 100% but solved!
Now I can export my videos without problem, but I believe I'm not taking advantage of everything the program has to offer.

Per the chat interaction we would like to please
Launch After Effects Go to Edit> Preferences> Memory and Performance> UNCHECK Multiframe Rendering Option. and close the application and close all the process from background: -

Close All Adobe Related Processes In Task Manager (Core Sync, Services for Adobe Desktop App, Adobe Desktop Service, Adobe IPC Broker, AAM Updater)

Then Restart Your Computer and Try Again.
