When exporting my sequence, my clips are coming out blank!

Everything is great when I watch my full sequence in Premiere. Then I go to export (I have tried both from Premiere itself and Media Encoder), and I buffer through the video, still ALL GOOD, I can see the whole thing. The moment I export (in media encoder you can watch the buffer process as it exports) I can see the clips turn blank, the video is missing.

Then when I go to watch it from the file destination, all of my images I have overlayed are showing in the video, the sound works, but the clips are all just blank.

The other thing I tried was changing the project RENDERER SETTINGS to 'Mercury Playback Engine Software Only' which fixes the problem of the clips disappearing...BUT...then all of the effects are lost and throughout my exported video, instead of getting my transitions I added on the clips I did it on, I get the red bar across the screen stating I need to use 'Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration' and the video is ruined.

SOME PLEASE HELP! I have tried EVERYTHING over a combined 18 hours.....

Here are my Sequence settings:

Much appreciated, in advanced!

    I figured it out!!

Premiere DOES NOT like the HEVC file type!

I converted everything to .MOV files (had to replace all my clips) but it did the trick!

If you are shooting on iPhone, use FILMIC, or just make sure the settings are not funky!
