When exporting Premiere File for encoding creates temp project file project/var/folders

Hi

I have a question,  I noticed when I export a Premier File into the render queue for Media encoder it exports a file but if I hover over the name of the file it gives me a temporary project file path of project/var/folder... do you know why this happens and it doesn't just use the original Premier path.  It appears to copy the premier project into this temporary path.  It feels like it renders slower because it reads the duplicated project file and rendering a new project file per exported sequence.

If anyone knows why this is would be great?  Is this normal?  Looking to increase speed of encoding.
