Why can't ME render colors correctly even at the maximum settings?

Been working on some BRAW and SLog3 videos the past week and it is highly disappointing that Media Encoder, for some reason, cannot recreate the exact colors I graded my footage at. I have confirmed that this only happens when a video is rendered in Media Encoder and not Premiere nor After Effects.

The temporary solution I have at the moment is to render the videos in-app and basically cripple one computer to render a single project at a time instead of being able to work on another while being rendered in Media Encoder.

I hope that there's an actual configuration that needs to be followed because I have not seen a single one yet for the past few days I have been researching this issue.
