Why is Encoder adding 2 hours of black video to end of my sequence

I have a video that shows a length of 00:38:15;01 minutes in Premiere Pro.  When I export it to Media Encoder it shows a length of 02:38:15;01 in ME.

When Media Encoder processes the video ME adds 2 hours of black screen after the content I have created.

I deleted Media Cache and allowed PRPro to rebuild it with the same results.

I've deleted unused content in Premiere Pro, double checked my sequence settings, and confirmed the Program: window and the Timeline both show a length of 00:38:15;01.

I then saved under a new name and tried export to ME again. Again with the same 02:38:15;01 length results.

Any ideas?

I just went in to export directly from PRPro and noticed that the "Range" in the export window showed "custom" and a length of 02:38:15;01.

I changed the Range to "Entire Source" and the length shows properly at 00:38:15;01.   So now my question is "How the heck did I end up with a "Custom" length of 02:38:15;01 when my timeline and program windows only show 00:38:15:01
