Why Media Encoder doesn't render After Effects Motion Blur

I need a video I made in After Effect cc 2018 in H.264, so the only way to render is with Media Encoder cc2018 because After no longer has the Format for some reason in the cc version.

When I render my video in Media Encoder the result doesn't has the motion blur.

Why Adobe Media Encoder?

and How can i solve this?

A workaround is to:

  1. Render AVI/lossless using AE
  2. Use Media Encoder to re-render the lossless AVI file to H.264.

Pros: Step 2 is super quick to render, you keep motion blur on specific layers and you reduce chances for error during render

Con: Step 1 requires lots of space, approx 10GB/min in HD

Hi Juanchangkane,

Sorry for the trouble. Just for a test, change the renderer in Queue panel in Media Encoder & try render.

Let us know the status.

Thanks,

Hi, im having the same problem, when i render on media encoder (h264), motion blur just wont appear, solids and comps with motion blur just are ''ignored'' by media encoder. I believe i can export on quicktime, then import to media encoder, then render... i guess? is there any other faster solution from AE? or MediaE? Thx!
