Workflow for Mass Media

I have an upcoming conference where I will be recording 12 simultaneous PowerPoint presentations with audio to Shogun devices recording in ProRes LT format. The recordings will be approx. 1-1.5 hours. I will then need to take those recordings each day and add a 5 second intro and outro to each recording. I will then need to export to H264 format for later upload to YouTube. Can someone recommend a newbie to the most efficient way to do this with Adobe Premiere and Encoder? Thank you in advance community!

    Here's what I would do:

    1. Create a sequence with the same sequence settings as your ProRes LT footage size.
    2. Set up the sequence to render previews as ProRes LT (Sequence Settings > Editing Mode > Custom)
    3. Add the graphic elements.
    4. Duplicate the sequence as many times as you need.
    5. Edit the files into each sequence accordingly.
    6. Render previews for the sequences in the Project panel.
    7. Export the sequences as ProRes LT in the Queue with Previews enabled.
    8. With these masters create H.264 copies, as you need.
