YET ANOTHER MEDIA ENCODER FAIL- THIS TIME INVOLVING THE INVERT EFFECT

Since "upgrading" to 2022, I've noticed that anytime I export something from Premiere 22 that uses the Invert filter, it fails... I have already used every step on this guide in the effort to fix this, but alas, nothing... it's super annoying and frustrating as (surprisingly) this is a filter that I use quite a bit with blend modes... I am able to export directly from Premiere, but as this is a production house, tying my computer up for 20 min at a time is not feasible... so please, wise and sage troubleshooters of the Adobeverse, advise on any fixes you've found... thank you!
