Please help me in knowing In which OS version you are facing this issue and which version of XD you are currently working.

Can you please the share the design with me privately by clicking on my name if it is possible or paste it in this channel only and please share a video of issue so I can understand how design got created.

From the screenshot above your fixed position is marked for complete blue highlight box not specifically for above bar.
