14.0.42 Program Stuttering and Lag

My XD updated to 14.0.42 and I have noticed a significant performance drop compared to previous versions. Even something simple as moving a mouse will have stutter issues and freeze issues for 1-3 seconds. This issue is with moving frames, text, adjusting layers, etc.

I am trying to install the previous version available 13.1.32, but my download is stuck at 99%. Is there a way to fix either of these issues?

    Sorry that the latest version of Adobe XD is not working as expected for you. Could you please share a video or a gif of the behavior? I would also request you to raise this feedback here: - Adobe XD Feedback : Feature Requests & Bugs and share your comments.

    In order to install version 13.1, please make sure that you uninstalled the version 14 from your machine. In case you are still unable to install Adobe XD 13.1, we can certainly move it to Creative Cloud Download & Install​ forum for further support.
