2 users can publish the same shared file?

Question

I have a shared file on my cloud, and I have given permission to a colleague so that he can continue working on it. But every time he needs to link to his work for review, only me can do it, because I am the owner of the file. How can I give him permission so he can also update the link for the review?

Thanks for reaching us. Currently the collaborators/co-editor can't publish the link,only owner can create link .Request you to please raise feature request at https://adobexd.uservoice.com/ .
