3D Function not found + cannot sign out

Question

Hi people... im using the Starter Version of XD and i dont have the 3d function. Latest update have been installed, so must be something else. Is this function just for the pay version? if not, I tried to sign out from the Creative Cloud to see if this issue dissapear but i realised i was not able to. When i click this Blue Icon on the top right to enter my ACC, the Sign Out Button is greyed and cannot be clicked.

Im using MacOS Catalina.

Any help is welcome.
