86 Error in Adobe XD

Hello,

I have problems with my adobe xd files I get an error when trying to open them I get error 86 and I don't know how I can fix them since the new files that I am making are also being damaged with the same error. Can anyone please help?

We are sorry to hear you are having trouble opening the XD file. Would you mind telling us if they are cloud files or local files? Please ensure you're logged in with the right Adobe ID from which you have created the file.

When was the last time you were able to open the files?

We will try our best to investigate the issue.

I have a local file of source. Yes, I opened the same Adobe ID.
