a XD file from windows cannot be opened on the Mac app

Question

I have just used a new mac on designing with adobe xd, however it cannot opened my previous windows file. The mac latest app is v 9.1.12.3, windows version is 10.0.12.9.

Thanks for using Adobe XD Houjiangliu. As you have mentioned that you have ver 9.1.12.3 on your mac and unable open files on it. I would request you to update it to the latest version. Please launch Adobe Creative Cloud and on the top right corner, there are 3 dots. Please click it and select Check for Apps Updates and update Adobe XD from the apps panel. Here is more information about the process: - Update apps to the latest release of Adobe Creative Cloud.
